The idea for Lemon Grove was first dreamt up whilst I was working as a chef. I’d always been interested in food for as long as I can remember and was inspired by a trip around Europe ten years ago to get myself into the kitchen.
I developed a passion for creating menus and dishes inspired by a variety of cuisines from all over the place and worked with some great chefs and people.
After a spell of event and wedding catering I realised this was something I really wanted to build on, bought myself an old Bedford camper van and the rest is history.
Balancing travel, cookery and meeting new people is what makes me love the job. Being out there and getting personally involved is what it’s all about for me!
